We work as a referral and connection service, linking you up with licensed, insured dumpster rental providers throughout the Cherry Hill and South Jersey area. Using our site or contacting our team means you’re agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below.
1. Nature of Our Service
Cherry Hill Dumpster Rental Services isn’t actually a dumpster rental company itself. We don’t own any dumpsters, trucks, or disposal facilities. What we do is run a referral and marketing platform that connects you with independent local dumpster businesses, which we call “Service Providers.” Request a quote or give us a call, and your details might get shared with one or more qualified Service Providers able to handle your request. Every Service Provider operates on its own and is fully responsible for its own pricing, services, and performance.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Using our website or calling in means you’re confirming you’re at least 18 and agreeing to these Terms. If that’s not something you agree to, please stop using our services.
3. No Guarantee of Service
We do our best to connect you with reputable, professional dumpster companies. That said:
- We can’t guarantee availability, pricing, or that any service gets completed.
- Any actual work happens between you and the referred Service Provider, not Cherry Hill Dumpster Rental Services.
- We’re not responsible for scheduling, delivery, damages, or disputes that come up after the referral is made.
4. Information Collection and Sharing
Submitting a form, calling in, or requesting a quote means we’ll collect your:

- Phone number
- Email address
- Project details and location

5. Payments and Pricing
Cherry Hill Dumpster Rental Services doesn’t collect any payment for the dumpster rental itself. Payments go directly between you and whichever Service Provider you’re referred to. We’re not on the hook for:
- Quotes or estimates a Service Provider gives you
- Billing mistakes or refund issues
- Delays, cancellations, or disputes over service
Whatever financial arrangement you make is strictly between you and that provider.
6. Service Provider Responsibility
Every Service Provider is an independent contractor, plain and simple. That means they’re responsible for:
- Getting their own licenses, insurance, and permits
- Following local, state, and federal law
- Disposing of waste safely and legally
- Preventing damage during delivery or pickup
Cherry Hill Dumpster Rental Services doesn’t supervise, manage, or control any Service Provider, and isn’t liable for how they conduct themselves or perform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: Cherry Hill Dumpster Rental Services, along with its owners, partners, and affiliates, carries no liability for:
- Injury, property damage, or loss caused by a third-party service
- Delays, cancellations, or a referred provider simply not performing
- Mistakes or missing information on our website
Using our service is something you do at your own risk.
8. No Warranties
We don’t offer any warranties, stated or implied, when it comes to:
- How reliable or high-quality a referred provider turns out to be
- Whether the information on our website is fully accurate
- Whether a given service fits your particular purpose

9. Indemnification
You agree to cover and hold harmless Cherry Hill Dumpster Rental Services, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, or expenses — legal fees included — that come from:

New Jersey law governs these Terms. Disputes get resolved exclusively in the courts of Camden County, NJ.
